Key Responsibilities:

1. Leading EMS team to follow both global and local EMS customers in China.
2. Has strong relationship with EMS customers and good at entertainment;
3. Manage team’s backlog, inventory and AR well;
4. Develop new EMS customers continually and know the KPI setting clearly.
5. Follow both global and local EMS customers at Shanghai and Zhejiang;
6. Regular visit to customers to build strong relationship with Sourcing, Purchasing and others involved;
7. Nego price with marketing and customers
8. Manage backlog, inventory and AR
9. Develop new EMS customers at Shanghai and Zhejiang

Job Requirements:

1. College graduate and 8+ years sales working experience and 3+ years EMS management experience;
2. Good leadership, analytical, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
3. Good communications skills with fluent English;
